Welcome to Ranthambore Forest Safari Booking. By accessing and booking through this website, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

Booking and Permit Allocation

1. All safari bookings, zone allocations, and vehicle assignments are strictly governed by the Rules and Regulations of the Department of Forest (Government of Rajasthan).

2. Visitors must provide valid, government-approved Photo ID proofs (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Driving License for Indian Nationals; Passport for Foreign Nationals) at the time of booking. The same ID card must be carried physically during the safari entrance.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Safari Permits: Please note that forest safari permits are entirely non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative dates once issued by the forest department portal.

• Resort Accommodation & Transport:

  • Cancellation made 30 days prior to arrival: 50% refund of the accommodation/transport component.

  • Cancellation made less than 15 days prior to arrival: No refunds will be entertained.

• In the event of park closures due to sudden climate irregularities, VIP movements, or administrative orders, refunds will be subject to government relaxation guidelines.
